Our mission is to build community among Roeper parents and guardians and deepen understanding of the Roeper Philosophy.

The Roeper Parent Community (RPC) enhances our school environment by fostering volunteerism, organizing social and community events, and providing parent education classes and guest speakers. We also serve as a key communication link between parents and the school.

All current parents and guardians are automatically RPC members. We offer various volunteer opportunities throughout the year, including helping in classrooms, assisting at events, and joining parent committees.

RPC also supports diverse parent education opportunities, including topics such as Social Emotional Needs of Gifted Children (SENG), DEIJ seminars (SEED), and affinity groups. Roeperfest

Roeperfest is our annual back-to-school ALL-SCHOOL festival. Taking place in early fall, this is a wonderful opportunity to engage with the entire Roeper community.

Roeperfest also serves as a fundraising opportunity for our Middle & Upper School Student Groups. Student-run booths offer food, beverages, and treats. Funds earned help cover the costs of club activities and class trips. There are also many free activities for kids of all ages, including bounce houses, slides, and a rock-climbing wall.
Parent Education Series

Throughout the school year, we host engaging sessions as part of our Parent Education Series, featuring expert speakers on topics like parenting, child development, gifted education, and social-emotional learning.

Each session begins with RPC officers sharing updates on upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, and other key school news.

Lower School Events

RPC hosts many events throughout the year for Lower School families. Some favorites include Trunk or Treat and fall and spring family events. The entire family is always invited, and events are free of charge. Food and fun are always included.
New Family Gatherings

These gatherings are always changing and may include a dinner for parents or a road rally for the family. They are hosted by our RPC New Family Liaisons and typically take place on campus in October. Always offering conversation and connection, these informal events give our new families an opportunity to meet each other and Roeper administrators and to learn about our parent group leadership.
