Roeper Summer Programs Specialty Camp General Information
REGISTRATION, PAYMENT and CANCELLATION POLICIES
REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETED ONLINE. No faxed, emailed, mailed or hand-delivered applications will be accepted.
Online registration is available at www.roeper.org.
Registration for Roeper Summer Specialty Camps begins on January 28, 2017 at noon. Enrollment is limited so early registration is advised. Full payment needs to be received within 14 days of registration. All payments must be made by cash or check payable to: Roeper Summer Programs and mailed to Roeper Summer Programs/41190 Woodward Avenue/ Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304-5020. Confirmation of registration will be emailed once your payment has been received.
Credit Cards are not accepted.
Refunds: Cancellations must be requested in writing or by email by April 30, 2017. No refunds will be issued after April 30, 2017.
All Roeper Specialty Camps EXCEPT the Technology Camp are held at The Roeper School’s Birmingham Campus at 1051 Oakland Avenue in Birmingham (two blocks north of Maple on the west side of Adams Road).
DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP
Campers may be dropped off no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the start of their registered camp and must be picked up no later than 15 minutes after the registered camp ends. There is no before – or after-care for Roeper Specialty Camps.
For full-day programs, students must provide their own lunches. Please do not send items containing nuts, peanuts or peanut oil.
The necessary camp forms will be emailed to you with your confirmation upon receipt of your payment. By law, children must have a physician-signed health form returned to Roeper before starting camp. Health forms completed within one year of the start of camp will be accepted.
