Roeper Summer Programs Specialty Camps

REGISTRATION, PAYMENT and CANCELLATION POLICIES


REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETED ONLINE
. No faxed, emailed, mailed or hand-delivered applications will be accepted.

Registration for Roeper Summer Specialty Camps opens February 3, 2018 at noon.  Enrollment is limited so early registration is advised. Full payment needs to be received within 14 days of registration. All payments must be made by cash or check payable to: Roeper Summer Programs and mailed to:

Confirmation of registration will be emailed once your payment has been received.

Credit Cards are not accepted. All checks returned for insufficient funds will incur a $30 fee.

Refunds:  All cancellation and refund requests need to be in writing or by email and received by  Roeper Summer Specialty Camps by April 30, 2018. Cancellation of enrollment should not be assumed until confirmed by the Roeper Summer Specialty Camps. Refunds of camp fees are not provided after April 30, 2018 for any reason, including, without limitation: absences, suspensions, dismissals, withdrawals, or dissatisfaction with placement or program.  All refunds will be processed within two weeks of notification.

For extended illness, refunds will be on a per-day basis beginning after the fourth day of absence. A signed letter from a physician is required for refund. Refunds of camp fees will not be provided for camp closures due to circumstance beyond the camp's control, such as severe weather and power outages.

LOCATION

All Roeper Specialty Camps are held at The Roeper School’s Birmingham Campus at 1051 Oakland Avenue in Birmingham (two blocks north of Maple on the west side of Adams Road).

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP

Campers may be dropped off no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the start of their registered camp and must be picked up no later than 15 minutes after the registered camp ends. Before and after-camp supervision programs are available at an additional fee of $5.00 per hour for all programs EXCEPT High School Debate Camp. Before and after-care is offered Monday through Friday from 7:30am -8:45am and 3:00pm -6:00pm. This program can be used as needed; no prior arrangements are necessary. Time is calculated based upon the half hour. All time will be rounded up daily for billing purposes. Invoices will be emailed at the end of the session.

LUNCH

For full-day programs, students must provide their own lunches. Please do not send items containing nuts, peanuts or peanut oil.

OTHER FORMS

The necessary camp forms, upon receipt of your payment, will be emailed to you with your confirmation. By law, children must have a physician-signed health form returned to Roeper prior to the start of  camp. Health forms completed and signed by a physician within one year of the start of camp will be accepted.
