REGISTRATION

By June 25 2018, all students must be between the ages of four and having just completed 8th grade to be enrolled in the Roeper Summer Stock Theatre.

Registration MUST BE COMPLETED ONLINE. No faxed, emailed, mailed or hand delivered applications will be accepted. 

Registration for Roeper Summer Stock Theatre Camp begins at noon on February 3, 2018. Registration is not complete until the deposit per session per child is received by our camp office. All deposits are due within 14 days of registration. All payments must be made by cash or check payable to: Roeper Summer Programs.                 Credit cards are NOT accepted.

Confirmation of registration will be emailed once your deposit has been received. For all registrations submitted after May 1, 2018, full payment must be received within 14 days of registration to secure a campers placement.

Remaining camp fees, after enrollment deposits have been applied, are due in two equal installments as follows:

INSTALLMENT #2 DUE MAY 1, 2018

Credit cards are NOT accepted.

All checks returned for insufficeint funds will incur a $30 fee. 

 

Wait-list POLICY

If a session is full, you may add your child to the wait-list online. Families on the wait-list will be notified via email when a space becomes available and will have 72 hours to respond before the space is offered to the next family on the wait-list. Families will be contacted in the order that they register for the wait-list for a particular session. For openings that occur on March 28th in accordance with the cancellation policy stated below, families will be contacted beginning April 9, 2018.  It is not necessary to mail in a deposit if your child is on the wait-list. Payments are due after acknowledgement of your child's confirmed space. All cancellation policies apply to registered families, as well as to those on the wait-list who accept spaces.

 CANCELLATION Policy

All cancellation and refund requests need to be in writing or by email and received by  Roeper Summer Stock Theatre by March 28, 2018. Refunds of deposit are only provided before March 28, 2018.  Cancellation of enrollment should not be assumed until confirmed by the Roeper Summer Stock Theatre. Refunds of camp fees are not provided after March 28, 2018 for any reason, including, without limitation: absences, suspensions, dismissals, withdrawals, or dissatisfaction with placement or program. After March 28, 2018 no refunds will be issued, and all unpaid fees shall be due and payable in the amounts and at the times designated in the contract. All refunds will be processed within two weeks of notification.

For extended illness, refunds will be on a per-day basis beginning after the fourth day of absence. A signed letter from a physician is required for refund. Refunds of camp fees will not be provided for camp closures due to circumstance beyond the camp's control, such as severe weather and power outages.

OTHER FORMS

The necessary camp forms, upon receipt of your deposit, will be emailed to you with your confirmation .

By law, children must have a physician-signed health form returned to Roeper prior to the start of camp. Health forms completed and signed by a physician within one year of the start of camp will be accepted.
