Summer Stock Theatre Fees

SUMMER STOCK THEATRE (Grades 6-12)
Total three-week session fee $730
Per session enrollment deposit $300

A two-session discount of $100 will be applied to the total fees for any Summer Stock Theatre Camper enrolled in both sessions. The two-session total will be $1,360.
 

SUMMER STOCK THEATRE (Grades 3-5)
Total two-week session fee $470
Per session enrollment deposit $150

A two-session discount of $70 will be applied to the total fees for any Summer Stock Theatre Junior Camper enrolled in both sessions. The two-session total will be $870.

Credit cards are not accepted.

The remaining fee, after the enrollment deposit has been applied, will be due by May 15. Registrations received after May 15 must be accompanied by the full program fee.


Refunds

The Enrollment Deposit is nonrefundable after April 15, 2010. For refund of deposit, cancellation must be received in writing before April 15, 2010.* After April 15, 2010 no refunds will be issued, and all unpaid fees shall be due and payable in the amounts and at the times designated in the contract.

There are no refunds for absences. For extended illness, refunds will be on a per-day basis beginning after the fourth day of absence. A signed letter from a physician is required for refund.

* Once registered, all cancellations must be received in writing. If no cancellation letter is received, payment will be required.


Registration

Students must be entering grades 3 through 12 in the fall of 2010 to be enrolled in the Roeper Summer Stock Theatre.

A separate form must be completed for each student.

Applicants must fill out both sides of the registration form and mail it with the session deposit to:

Other Forms

The necessary forms will be mailed to you with your confirmation letter. All forms must be completed and returned prior to the beginning of your child’s session.
